Abstract
The purpose of writing this article is to reflect on the diversity that exists in early childhood education. The writing of this article uses a meta-analytical research methodology that integrates several research findings conducted in various countries. Through the perspective of post-developmentalism, this paper reveals how the practice in PAUD is often more focused on the cognitive side of children, without seeing the negative potential of children's diversity based on social, economic, gender, cultural, racial, and religious conditions. This finding is expected to be a reflection of teachers and adults being more sensitive to diversity which often shows injustice, whether it is done by teachers or children. So that PAUD is not only a place to stimulate children's development but also a safe, comfortable, and fun place.
