Peer Review Process
Manuscripts that are submitted will be selected by the Editorial Board.
Manuscripts that meet the standard writing criteria will be forwarded to the Reviewer, while manuscripts that do not meet the standard writing criteria will be returned to the author without being reviewed by the Reviewer.
Manuscripts that have been reviewed by the Reviewer will be returned to the author if improvements are needed. After the author makes improvements according to the Reviewer's input and assessment, the author must re-submit and will be reviewed again.
Manuscripts are reviewed by Reviewers anonymously (Double blind reviews) and given recommendations; accepted/fit for publication, rejected/unfit for publication, or accepted with revisions.
The decision to accept/reject a manuscript is made by the Editor in Chief based on recommendations from the Reviewer in the Editorial Board meeting forum.
Publication Frequency
