INKLUSIF (JURNAL PENGKAJIAN PENELITIAN EKONOMI DAN HUKUM ISLAM)

Inklusif: Jurnal Pengkajian Penelitian Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum, published by the Department of Islamic Family Law, Postgraduate Program, Syekh Nurjati Cyber State Islamic University. Inklusif: Jurnal Pengkajian Penelitian Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum publishes research articles on Sharia and legal studies. Inklusif accepts legal research with normative and sociological approaches.

The focus and scope of the Journal are research studies on Islamic law and legal science with the theme of Islamic Law: Islamic Criminal and Civil Law, Islamic Family Law, and the Application of Islamic Law in Indonesia. Themes in legal science are Criminal Law, Civil Law, International Law, Constitutional Law, Administrative Law, Economic Law, Medical Law, Customary Law, Environmental Law, and other related contemporary legal issues.

First published in print in 2012 and online in 2016, Inklusif Journal aims to publish high-quality articles devoted to all aspects of recent Sharia studies and legal scholarship developments.

Authors must submit papers according to the template and use Mendeley/Zotero as a reference manager. We will only process papers that meet the requirements based on focus and scope, templates, and using Mendeley/Zotero for reference management. Only papers that meet the requirements based on the author’s guidelines will be processed. We strongly prefer to accept manuscripts through our online submission system. By using this system, authors can upload manuscript files directly to our office and check the status of their manuscript during the review process. Please send your manuscript to our journal.


INKLUSIF: Jurnal Pengkajian Penelitian Syariah dan Ilmu Hukum has ISSN 2548-9631 (Online) and 2303-2669 (Print). Inklusif has a Frequency of 2 editions per year (June and December). Akhmad Khalimy is the editor-in-chief (ID Scopus 58480285100), Postgraduate UIN Cyber Syekh Nurjati Cirebon of Islamic Family Law published this Journal.

 

Based on the Decree of the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology Number 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 dated March 21, 2025, concerning the Accreditation Ranking of Scientific Journals, Journal INKLUSIF received Sinta 4 accreditation result.

Call for Papers
Inklusif: Journal of Research Studies on Sharia and Legal Sciences
The Department of Islamic Family Law, Postgraduate Program, Syekh Nurjati Cyber State Islamic University, invites contributions to the Inklusif: Journal of Research Studies on Sharia and Legal Sciences. We welcome submissions from students of the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Sharia, lecturers, and researchers.
Inklusif is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes research articles on Sharia and legal studies, employing both normative and sociological approaches. Notably, the journal has achieved SINTA 4 accreditation, as determined by the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology under Decree Number 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 dated March 21, 2025. We are currently seeking papers for the following editions:
 Vol. 10, No. 1 (2025): June 2025
 Vol. 10, No. 2 (2025): December 2025
We encourage submissions that contribute to the advancement of Sharia and legal research. Topics may include, but are not limited to:
 Contemporary issues in Sharia and legal studies
 Interdisciplinary perspectives on legal systems
 Comparative analyses of Sharia and legal frameworks
 Socio-legal studies within the context of Islamic law
Submission Guidelines:
 Manuscripts should be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
