EFEKTIVITAS PENGGUNAAN BUKU KAIDAH UMUM SEPULUH IMAM QIRĀ`AT DALAM MEMAHAMI QIRĀ`AT MUTAWĀTIR: Kajian pada mahasiswa Program Studi Ilmu al-Qur’an dan Tafsir UIN Suska Riau

Abstract

The different readings in reading the Qur'an are tauqīfī or absolute provisions from Allah SWT. with the aim of providing convenience to Muslims. All Qirā`at may be recited inside or outside of prayer as long as they do not violate the requirements of Qirā`at maqbul. These different readings sometimes lead to polemics in the community due to their lack of understanding of the science of Qirā`at. This study aims to describe the General Rules of the Ten Imams of Qirā`at and analyze the extent to which its effectiveness can improve students' ability to understand the rules of Qirā`at. This study used the pre-test-posttest (quantitative) and interview (qualitative) methods to obtain data. The results of the study show that the book General Principles of the Ten Imams of Qirā`at was compiled by the author with an interesting explanation, systematically and comprehensively discusses the mutawatir rules of ushul Qirā`at. This book is very effectively used to improve students' ability to understand the principles of Qirā`at Science. This book can be used as a reference and guide for any study of Qirā`at. However, supporting references are still needed to understand specific terms in Qirā`at because they are not explained in detail.

Perbedaan bacaan dalam membaca al-Qur’an merupakan tauqīfī atau ketentuan mutlak dari Allah Swt. dengan tujuan untuk memberikan kemudahan. Semua jenis Qirā`at boleh dimamalkan di dalam ataupun di luar shalat selama tidak menyalahi persyaratan Qirā`at maqbūl. Akan tetapi, perbedaan bacaan tersebut terkadang menimbulkan polemik di tengah masyarakat akibat kurangnya pemahaman terhadap Ilmu Qirā`at. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan buku Kaidah Umum Sepuluh Imam Qirā`at dan menganalisa sejauh mana efektifitasnya dapat meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami kaidah Ilmu Qirā`at. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode pre-test-postest (kuantitatif) dan wawancara (kualitatif) untuk memperoleh data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa buku Kaidah Umum Sepuluh Imam Qirā`at disusun oleh pengarang dengan penjelasan yang menarik, sistematis dan komprehensif membahas kaidah ushul Qirā`at Mutawātir. Buku ini sangat efektif digunakan untuk meningkatkan kemampuan mahasiswa dalam memahami kaidah usul Ilmu Qirā`at. Buku ini dapat dijadikan sebagai rujukan dan panduan pada setiap pembelajaran Ilmu Qirā`at. Akan tetapi, masih diperlukan referensi pendukung untuk memahami istilah-istilah khusus dalam Ilmu Qirā`at karena di dalamnya tidak dijelaskan secara rinci.
