Call for Papers
Inklusif: Journal of Research Studies on Sharia and Legal Sciences
The Department of Islamic Family Law, Postgraduate Program, Syekh Nurjati Cyber State Islamic University, invites contributions to the Inklusif: Journal of Research Studies on Sharia and Legal Sciences. We welcome submissions from students of the Faculty of Law and the Faculty of Sharia, lecturers, and researchers.
Inklusif is a peer-reviewed journal that publishes research articles on Sharia and legal studies, employing both normative and sociological approaches. Notably, the journal has achieved SINTA 4 accreditation, as determined by the Director General of Higher Education, Research, and Technology under Decree Number 10/C/C3/DT.05.00/2025 dated March 21, 2025. We are currently seeking papers for the following editions:
 Vol. 10, No. 1 (2025): June 2025
 Vol. 10, No. 2 (2025): December 2025
We encourage submissions that contribute to the advancement of Sharia and legal research. Topics may include, but are not limited to:
 Contemporary issues in Sharia and legal studies
 Interdisciplinary perspectives on legal systems
 Comparative analyses of Sharia and legal frameworks
 Socio-legal studies within the context of Islamic law
Submission Guidelines:
 Manuscripts should be original and not under consideration elsewhere.
 Please follow the journal's manuscript formatting and submission instructions available on our website.
 All submissions will undergo a rigorous peer-review process.

We are pleased to announce that starting in 2025, our journals will be published in English. This decision was taken with careful consideration and based on several reasons:

1. Global Expansion: By publishing in English, our journal will be more accessible to the international scientific community, opening up opportunities for collaboration with researchers from different countries.

2. A Quality of Writing: English is the universal scientific language. By writing in this language, we hope to improve the quality of writing and communication of research results.

3. An Increased Visibility: Publishing in English will help increase our journal's visibility in indexing databases and academic search engines.

Please note this change for authors who are currently finalizing articles for upcoming issues. We will provide further guidance on the English writing process.
