User Acceptance in Non-Profit Organization Applications: The Role of Intention to Use, Perceived Usefulness, and Community Commitment
Abstract
Penggunaan teknologi aplikasi yang diadopsi oleh organisasi nirlaba telah menjadi instrumen penting untuk membantu gereja-gereja sebagai organisasi nirlaba mencapai tujuan mereka dan melaksanakan layanan dan kegiatan mereka. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji penerimaan pengguna aplikasi dalam sebuah organisasi nirlaba dengan menggunakan model yang diadaptasi dari Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), dan Model Kesuksesan Sistem Informasi (ISSM) serta dengan penambahan tiga variabel yang telah disesuaikan dengan keadaan aplikasi pada organisasi nirlaba. Model ini diuji dengan persamaan partial least square-structural equation menggunakan aplikasi SmartPLS. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kuantitatif dengan teknik survei dan responden sengaja ditentukan. Data didistribusikan kepada 136 responden yang merupakan pengguna aplikasi dari salah satu gereja terbesar di Indonesia. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa faktor kunci yang mempengaruhi penerimaan pengguna aplikasi tersebut adalah niat untuk menggunakan (intention to use), kegunaan yang dirasakan (perceive usefulness), dan komitmen komunitas (community commitment). Variabel lainnya adalah hasil yang dapat dibuktikan (result demonstrability), kemudahan penggunaan yang dirasakan (perceived ease of use), computer playfulness, dan rasa memiliki (sense of belonging). Namun, ada hal yang harus dipertimbangkan yaitu penelitian ini hanya mencakup aplikasi organisasi nirlaba di sektor gereja. Penelitian lebih lanjut dapat dilakukan untuk mengetahui apakah variabel ini juga dapat digunakan di sektor nirlaba lainnya.
